We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day business activities.
Location: Avenue Ollier, Quatre Bornes
Key Responsibilities:
- Help operations team with their work. Making sure everything runs smoothly every day.
- Take care of all the papers and documents for the store. Make sure all the inventory and tracking systems are correct.
- Prepare all the invoices and delivery notes and other money documents and make sure they are all correct and up to date.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and received goods, and reconcile them with inventory records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Help with planning and reporting and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Watch over the goods that comes in and go out. Must make sure that all the papers are done on time and are correct.
- Keep track of all the stock that moves in and out and all the invoices and deliveries. Make sure that all the records are neat and tidy.
Requirements:
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Applicants must be Mauritian citizens.
