They’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and keep processes running efficiently as the company scales. This role is key to managing workflows, maintaining systems, and ensuring alignment across sales, suppliers, and logistics.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate supplier and partner meetings, ensuring preparation and follow-through on action items
• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate and organized records
• Oversee supplier onboarding, managing documentation and communication
• Support order processing and coordinate with logistics for timely execution
• Track internal tasks and ensure alignment across teams and priorities
What You Bring
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client services
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive tasks forward
