About the Role: As the operational backbone of our Training and Consultancy division, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools and modern technology to streamline logistics and elevate the client experience.
Brief Mission & Key Tasks:
- Schedule & Coordinate: Manage complex calendars for corporate training sessions and consultancy engagements.
- Optimize with AI: Automate scheduling, reporting, and daily workflows using AI productivity applications.
- Platform Management: Oversee LMS platforms and ensure smooth setup for both virtual and physical training environments.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for our corporate partners, ensuring flawless service delivery.
