Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency across logistics, vendor coordination, and customer service. Responsibilities include supervising processes, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating effective communication among teams, and resolving operational issues. The role will also involve administrative support to improve overall productivity and assist in achieving organizational objectives.

- Proficiency in Operations Management and administrative tasks
- Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field preferred
