About the role:

The Operations Coordinator provides operational, governance, reporting, and transaction administration support to the Africa Real Estate Account.

The role acts as the central coordination point for reporting, documentation, governance processes, stakeholder coordination, and administrative activities, ensuring consistency, visibility, compliance, and efficient account operations while enabling Transaction Managers and Account Leadership to focus on client delivery and transaction execution.


Experience/Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property, Real Estate, Finance, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an operational coordination, project coordination, governance, administration, reporting, or support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience within real estate, professional services, project management, facilities management, or a related environment advantageous.
  • Exposure to reporting, governance, compliance, or operational administration activities preferred.

  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and data management capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Process-oriented mindset with an ability to follow and maintain governance standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a geographically dispersed team.
