About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to evaluate, improve, and strengthen our operational systems and workflows. The consultant will work closely with leadership to identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and implement systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement structured workflows and operational systems.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Establish operational KPIs and performance tracking systems.
- Support cross-functional coordination between teams and departments.
- Lead or support operational improvement projects and implementation.
- Identify operational risks and recommend solutions that improve business continuity.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in operations management, operations consulting, or business process improvement.
- Experience designing operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with leadership to drive operational improvements.
