Process Design
- Design and document business processes, SOPs, and workflows using Visio/BPMN
- Translate business requirements into standardized and scalable process designs
- Ensure process governance and documentation standards are maintained
Process Improvement
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, waste, and root causes
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement initiatives
Process Optimization
- Optimize process performance through data analysis and KPI monitoring
- Work with IT and Digital teams to automate and streamline business processes
- Measure and sustain improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and cycle time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Excellence, Business Process , Continuous Improvement
- Strong experience in Process Mapping (Visio/BPMN)
- Proficiency in Excel (Minitab is a plus)
