Hayloft Property Management is seeking a dependable and self-motivated On-Call Maintenance Technician to support four apartment communities located in:
- Apple Valley, MN (2 properties)
- Burnsville, MN
- Inver Grove Heights, MN
This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional looking for flexibility while still receiving the stability and benefits of a full-time role.
Position Overview
The On-Call Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling after-hours emergency maintenance calls between 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM, as well as weekend property responsibilities.
This role is for emergencies only, including but not limited to:
- Fire-related emergencies
- Water leaks/flooding
- Heating and cooling issues
- Appliance replacements/failures
- Lockouts and urgent resident concerns
- Other emergency maintenance situations
In addition to emergency response, this individual will also:
- Test pools once on Saturdays and Sundays
- Open the properties on Saturdays and Sundays
- Ensure emergency issues are handled professionally and efficiently
Compensation & Benefits
Although most weeks average approximately 8–12 working hours, this position is compensated as a full-time 40-hour-per-week role and includes:
- Hourly Wage + Bonuses

- Vacation/Sick/Holiday Pay.
