We are An Oil and Energy company with focus in Angola. We provide key essential services that connects through the entire value chain of an Exploration & Production of an Oil and Gas Asset.
The Role
The Well Intervention Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of the Business related to O&G Inspection of asset inspections, OCTG, but also technical services such as Slickline, and Fishing Services, within the Oil & Gas technical space, reporting to a BL.
Main Responsibilities:
· Business Management:
– Manage a team of upto 10 members, including junior managers
-Sales Management and Business Development.
– Business Planning
-Financial cost management and Forecasting
-Operations Management
· Technical Engineering Support
- Offshore job, planning, executing, and innovating.
- Operations Supervision
- Client facing meetings
- Tender Management.
- Leading Operations meetings.
- Promoting the organization and equipment and services.
- Needs high technical experience offshore.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following among other qualities and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, business administration, or related field
15+ Years’ experience as within technical field experience in Oil & Gas, managing sales and opportunities within a technical environment.
Knowledge of Drilling, Completions, Intervention Operations is a must (wireline, Coil tubing, cementing, well simulation, well testing, etc.)
Having knowledge of rotating equipment is a plus
Proficient in English – is A MUST. Advert is in English, only those who speak should apply.
Location: Angola. Rotating 5 weeks in Angola and 3 weeks back home. It is NOT fully remote.
Remuneration
TBD- Upto 8,000 USD/month
