Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Support staff with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service or receptionist duties is preferred

Skills And Qualifications

  • Must have at least two to three years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience supporting executives in a virtual capacity.
  • Familiarity with task management tools and application
