Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Support staff with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or receptionist duties is preferred
Skills And Qualifications
- Must have at least two to three years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent time management
- Experience supporting executives in a virtual capacity.
- Familiarity with task management tools and application
