Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Office/Business Manager located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring financial profitability. Additional duties include analysing market trends, optimising business processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, some experience in sales and marketing also needed in role
Qualifications
- Social Media Management is a must
- Experience in business management, operations management, and strategic planning
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in business management software and tools
- Fleunt french and basic english is a must for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the elevator or related industry is a plus.
- Base Salary between 6000DH to 9000DH based on experience
