About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Lead Generator who can also function as an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team in the health equity space. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in lead generation, client qualification, relationship building, and sales follow-ups. You will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving business growth while also providing high-level administrative support.
A strong understanding of health equity, sales strategies, and digital tools like Canva for presentations and marketing materials is essential.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
Sales & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the health equity space.
Follow-up & Conversion: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure conversion into clients, using CRM tools to track progress.
Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and email communication.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the health equity space.
Presentations & Marketing Support: Utilize Canva to create compelling sales decks, marketing materials, and presentations to engage prospects.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing team, providing reports on lead status, pipeline progress, and sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
✅ Understanding of health equity and the ability to communicate its value to potential clients and partners.
✅ Strong follow-up skills to nurture and convert leads into sales.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Chat GPT, and LinkedIn.
✅ Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing marketing and sales materials.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
✅ Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
