Customer Service & Office Manager needed for Canine Cloud Nine.
Looking to add a team member Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9AM-5PM. Hours will vary week to week, up to 40 hours
Additional hours may be available during the week or weekends when our full-time and weekend staff is sick or on vacation.
MUST LOVE DOGS! Must be friendly, outgoing and punctual.
Your primary purpose will be to manage the front desk with tasks including but not limited to:
- answering phones
- assisting customers in the boutique
- assisting groomers in the salon
- cleaning and organizing
- stocking shelves and inventory work
- making appointments
- working our POS system
- answering emails
- updating website
- ordering office inventory
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Maintain filing systems, records, and office databases
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking (if applicable)
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and office communications
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Organize office events, meetings, etc for Playcare
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in office administration or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
- Experience with HR support tasks or office software systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Work Environment
This position is typically based in an office setting and involves interaction with employees, vendors, and clients on a daily basis.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
