H&A Office Furniture is looking for an organised, energetic, reliable and Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) lady to join our growing team.
Your role will include:
- General office administration
- Assisting customers in our showroom
- Answering calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries
- Preparing quotations, invoices and delivery notes
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Assisting with stock management and product listings
- Website and marketing administration
- Social Media Content Creation
- Supporting management with daily operations
Requirements:
- Afrikaans and English
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Own reliable transport to and from work
- Experience with QuickBooks (advantage)
- Experience with Canva, social media and/or wordpress (advantage)
