Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day office operations while maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoicing, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. This role combines administrative coordination and accounting support functions, Reporting to the Accounts Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Generate and issue invoices
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments
  • Post customer payments and reconcile accounts
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5+ years experience in admin/bookkeeping role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Must speak English and have strong communication skills both verbal and writing

Working Hours 44 hours per week Salary Recommendation

Suggested range: USD $2,800 – $3,200 per month (adjust based on experience)
