What we do – we wind up insolvent estates and Companies in liquidation. It is a very specialised area in the legal space. We work with attorneys, creditors and the Master’s Offices in Cape Town, Pretoria, and Johannesburg.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Supporting insolvency practitioners
- Handling matters related to winding up and liquidation
- Drafting and preparing second meeting reports
- Managing email correspondence and general administrative functions
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven research ability, with capacity to analyse and summarize legal content
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
