What we do – we wind up insolvent estates and Companies in liquidation. It is a very specialised area in the legal space. We work with attorneys, creditors and the Master’s Offices in Cape Town, Pretoria, and Johannesburg.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Supporting insolvency practitioners
  • Handling matters related to winding up and liquidation
  • Drafting and preparing second meeting reports
  • Managing email correspondence and general administrative functions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven research ability, with capacity to analyse and summarize legal content
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
