AfricaLearn College is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administration Intern to join our team in Johannesburg. This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in managing seamless, efficient workplace operations while supporting our daily corporate administrative functions.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Completed Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an office administration or clerical support role.
  • Location: Must currently reside in Johannesburg (applications from outside Johannesburg will not be considered).

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, administrative tasks, and digital workflows.
  • Organize and maintain digital records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Help coordinate internal communication, schedule appointments, and manage incoming queries.
  • Maintain office efficiency by ensuring necessary supplies and resources are readily available.
