Pro Contracts seeks an office admin assistant to efficiency assist management in the following tasks:

  • Filing
  • Attending to calls
  • Attending to queries
  • Managing diary and appointments
  • Responding to emails
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Coordinating site deliveries
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Ensure site documents are in order
  • Tasks delegated by the Senior Administrator
  • Position Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer Literate
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Professional and well presented

Pay: R5 000,00 – R6 000,00 per month
