Pro Contracts seeks an office admin assistant to efficiency assist management in the following tasks:
- Filing
- Attending to calls
- Attending to queries
- Managing diary and appointments
- Responding to emails
- Minutes of meetings
- Coordinating site deliveries
- Coordinate meetings
- Ensure site documents are in order
- Tasks delegated by the Senior Administrator
- Position Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer Literate
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Professional and well presented
Pay: R5 000,00 – R6 000,00 per month
