Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Junior Accountant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting processes. The role requires ensuring compliance with financial regulations, reconciling accounts, and supporting external audits. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that aid decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Experience with Odoo ERP system and financial software tools
- Proficiency in data analysis, recordkeeping, and budget management
- Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is a plus
