Company Overview

DXHero stands for “Digital Transformation Hero” — a specialist company that helps enterprises improve reliability, reduce downtime, and navigate complex modern systems with confidence. We are a high-end Observability Professional Services team working closely with our technology partner Datadog to support enterprise customers across the EMEA region.

Our mission is simple and ambitious: help enterprises reduce IT downtime, strengthen system reliability, and build long-term observability excellence. Modern digital infrastructure is more complex than ever, and without strong observability, downtime becomes unpredictable and costly. This is why DXHero exists — we help enterprises detect issues earlier, recover faster, and prevent failures before they impact the business.

Our culture is grounded in Integrity, Reliability, Proactiveness, Growth, and Teamwork. We work transparently with our customers, proactively provide improvements, and continuously sharpen our technical and consulting skills. Every project is an opportunity to learn and evolve.

If you want to grow fast, work with global teams, and build impactful solutions, DXHero is the right place for you.

  • Proactiveness – We do not wait for issues to appear — we anticipate needs, identify risks, and propose improvements before problems grow.
  • Growth – We continuously learn, improve, and challenge ourselves. Every project, every customer interaction, and every obstacle is an opportunity to evolve.

  • Crafting Datadog strategies for customers.
  • Establish an internal knowledge base for use.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience required.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong self-management skills are essential.
  • Commitment to execute tasks with precision.

This Role Is NOT For You If…

  1. You need detailed instructions for every task and wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
  2. You’re uncomfortable disagreeing with a client or a senior stakeholder.
  3. You treat AI tools as optional, or you’ve never integrated them into your actual daily workflow.
  4. You want a quiet back-office role. This role is in front of clients, on stage, under pressure.
  5. You prefer one slow project over several fast-moving ones.

What We Offer

  1. Full remotework environment
  2. Global enterprise exposure: work directly with EMEA enterprise clients and a top-tier technology partner (Datadog).
  3. AI-forward culture from the top:  the managers are heavy AI power-user; you will be supported, not blocked, in adopting new tools.
  4. Fast growth path:  we’re scaling. Strong performers move into senior delivery leadership.

A Note from the Founder

We are building something that matters, and we need stronger people to build it with us.

If you are the kind of engineer who questions the brief before executing it, who reaches for AI before reaching for another hour of manual work, and who wants a stage big enough to prove what you can do — we want to meet you.

If you are looking for a checklist job, please don’t apply. We’d both regret it.
