Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are a private practice group specializing in interventional pain management as well as neurology. We are a compassionate group looking for a long term provider to grow with our team.
Duties:
– Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
– Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
– Provide education and counseling to patients on preventive healthcare measures
– Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Use of EPIC.
-Inpatient rounding in the hospital rotated with other providers as well as outpatient clinic.
Qualifications:
– Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan
– Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
– Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family or Acute Care.
