Requirements
- A Relevant three-year Tertiary qualification (preferably in
Engineering, Marketing or Business, etc.)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Considerable Management experience at a senior level in relevant
field (8 years or more)
Key Performance Areas
- Identify and define the immediate, short- and long-term
objectives goals
- Lead, coordinate, and direct the staff and resources and
control outcomes associated with utilization, productivity
and performance of personnel within the branch
- Ensure best practice Retail customer relations management
is performed
- Ensure effective Public transfer of knowledge and awareness
regarding the safe use of Energy/Electricity
- Ensure effective Public awareness regarding the Energy Retail
products and services
- Manage and guide Electricity Prepaid and Post-paid project
and contracts
- Disseminate functional and Operational information on the
immediate short- and long-term objectives and current
developments, problems and constraints
