Job Responsibilities:
- Sump pump installations
- Interior drainage system installations
- Basement waterproofing projects
- Basement finishing support
- Using tools and equipment safely
- Working with a crew on residential job sites
- Providing excellent customer service to homeowners
Requirements:
✅ Age 21–30 preferred
✅ Valid driver’s license required
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ No smoking on the job
✅ Organized and professional
✅ Friendly and respectful with clients
✅ Good customer service skills
✅ Must understand and speak English
✅ Willing to lift 50 lbs or more
✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Ability to perform physical labor
✅ Willingness to learn and grow with the company
✅ Must wear PPE equipment on job sites
