Pivot Pharmaceutical is looking for an experienced District Manager to lead our team across North Upper Egypt.
The successful candidate will be based in Minia and will be responsible for driving business growth, developing team performance, and achieving sales objectives across Minia, Beni Suef, Fayoum, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a pharmaceutical sales team.
• Achieve district sales and market share objectives.
• Monitor field activities and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Implement sales and marketing plans within the district.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and performance reviews.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Manager or a strong leadership background in pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Good analytical and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Good command of English.
• Must be based in Minia.
• Willingness to travel across North Upper Egypt.
