You will oversee all night operations, ensuring smooth front office functionality, accurate reporting, and exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations during night shifts
- Complete night audit processes and financial reporting
- Assist guests with requests and resolve issues
- Ensure all end-of-day procedures are completed accurately
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Maintain health, safety, and security standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor in a luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and reporting
- Proficient in PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shifts
