Commercial & Operational Finance | Manufacturing | Relocation to Swellendam
We are looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) who wants more than a traditional reporting or review role. This opportunity is ideal for a CA who is commercially minded, curious, and eager to get involved in the operational and business side of a manufacturing company.
This role offers hands-on exposure to how the business actually runs — from production and costing through to operational decision-making and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with operational and executive management to support business decisions
Provide financial insight into manufacturing operations, margins, and cost drivers
Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Improve financial processes, controls, and efficiencies
Gain exposure to business administration and operational planning
Move beyond pure compliance into a value-adding finance role
Requirements
Newly qualified CA(SA)
Strong commercial and business acumen
Interest in operations, manufacturing environments, and how businesses function day to day
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to get involved beyond the numbers
Willing and able to relocate to Swellendam, Western Cape
What’s on Offer
Salary: R55,000 – R65,000 per month (CTC), negotiable
