Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within pest control, hygiene services, deep cleaning, sanitary bins, facilities management, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct client site assessments and identify service opportunities.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and related sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control, hygiene, deep cleaning, and sanitary bin solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service implementation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities.
