Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ikeja for a New Business Developer. The New Business Developer will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving sales, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, presenting tailored AV solutions to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and manage account growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development strategies.
- Strong skills in Sales, including lead generation, negotiations, and client relationship building.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to convey ideas effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of the Audio-Visual technology industry or a willingness to learn specialized AV solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
