Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Network Technician role based in Adis Zemen. The Network Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting network systems and infrastructure. They will ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance through routine inspections, prompt issue resolution, and implementation of security protocols. The role also includes collaborating with technical teams and contributing to the overall efficiency and resilience of the network systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration, ensuring efficient performance and configuration of network systems
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Understanding of Network Security practices to safeguard systems and data
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, including managing hardware, cabling, and related equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
