EasyPay is looking for a skilled Network & Systems Engineer to join our team, responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting internal teams with network and system operations. This is a fully on-site position at our office in Quatre Bornes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system availability, security, and performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience as a Network & Systems Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), servers, and operating systems
- Experience with at least one firewall system
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Nice to have:
- Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services)
- Experience with a cloud service provider (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Managed switch configuration
- Experience with phone systems (PABX)
- Experience supporting users remotely
