National Account Executive

NorMed, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial first aid products and immediate care medical supplies, is seeking a National Account Executive to help accelerate the growth of our HART® distributor channel throughout North America.
This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and closing new business. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering results.
This is a 100% in-office position when not traveling. We believe our best ideas, collaboration, coaching, and problem-solving happen when our team works together in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new distributor and reseller accounts across the United States.
- Utilize our proven sales process to identify opportunities and win new business.
- Achieve sales and new account objectives.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Navigate complex sales environments where multiple stakeholders, departments, and approval processes are involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience selling through complex buying processes involving multiple decision-makers and influencers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
