Brown Bear Trading is seeking for a skilled and experienced Napkin Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. If you have hands-on experience operating napkin or similar converting machinery and hold an engineering qualification, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, monitor, and maintain the napkin converting machine to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
· Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
· Adjust settings for production runs.
· Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
· Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or machine faults.
· Perform regular machine checks, cleaning, and maintenance.
· Monitor and adjust machine performance and settings.
· Conduct routine tests to assess machine capability.
· Inspect equipment using appropriate tools.
· Load raw materials into semi-automated machines and assist the assembly line.
· Identify and report (or fix) malfunctions or defects.
· Check output quality and troubleshoot issues.
· Ensure daily targets are always achieved
· Ensure workspace is kept neat and tidy at all times
Minimum Requirements:
· Proven experience operating a napkin machine or similar paper converting equipment.
· An engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
· Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
