Role Description
The Moderator – Social Media (English Speaker) role at Accurate Management is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. Responsibilities include monitoring and moderating activity across social media platforms, engaging with user comments and inquiries, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The role also involves identifying and escalating potential issues, supporting content creation, and analyzing audience interactions to improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, community management, and online moderation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage social media engagement
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Customer service experience and an understanding of user engagement strategies
- Proactive approach, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in social media moderation or community management is an advantage
