About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Moderation Agent – Quality Assurance to join our Real Estate Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the quality of property listings, ensuring all published content is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. You will also identify platform issues, support internal teams, and contribute to improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits of real estate listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform standards.
- Review and correct listing information, including property details, descriptions, pricing, locations, and images.
- Identify platform bugs, system defects, and usability issues, and create detailed tickets for the technical team.
- Monitor website performance and verify that listing updates are correctly reflected across the platform.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to the B2B Sales team to improve listing quality and accuracy.
- Support team members by answering operational and quality-related questions.
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires, covering QA processes, quality standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Track recurring quality issues, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Content Moderation, Data Quality, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide practical solutions.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM or property management platforms.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and reporting.
