Responsibilities
- Apply window tint films to vehicle windows with precision, ensuring a flawless finish and optimal heat rejection.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to prepare surfaces, cut film, and install tinting materials efficiently.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess existing glass conditions, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate solutions such as auto glass repairs or replacements.
- Maintain detailed records of each job, including work performed, materials used, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with customers to explain tinting options, answer questions about ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
Qualifications
- Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools for automotive applications.
- Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Experience with auto estimating or vehicle assembly processes is advantageous.
