We are seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our residential community team in Greenwood, SC. This full-time position involves a variety of maintenance, repair, and remodeling duties, primarily focused on maintaining and improving residential/mobile home units and community grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
- Maintain community grounds by removing trash, debris, and other hazards.
- Inspect residential units to verify maintenance, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Prepare detailed, itemized cost estimates for turning vacant units and preparing them for new occupancy.
- Perform repairs, renovations, remodeling, and general maintenance on residential units as needed.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and completed projects.
- Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate maintenance issues, safety concerns, and compliance matters promptly to management.
- Work closely with property management to ensure projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or related trades required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities
- Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience.
