Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare signature cocktails and seasonal menus
- Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks with attention to detail
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and enhancing their experience
- Maintain bar standards, cleanliness, and stock control
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce creative concepts
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mixologist or cocktail bartender in an upmarket venue
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail-making techniques
- Creativity and passion for developing unique drinks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and reliable
- Sober habits and a commitment to excellence
