We’re looking for an Mid-Senior Monitoring Analyst to play a critical role in identifying suspicious game activity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting audits across a diverse portfolio of games.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our Monitoring team, you will:
- Monitor and investigate suspicious game payouts, player activity, and wager patterns across multiple game types
- Safeguard compliance by ensuring adherence to regulatory, licensing, and market-specific restrictions
- Analyze data deeply
, reviewing alerts, payout discrepancies, RTP performance, and wager variance - Support audits by working closely with Compliance, External Auditors, and Certification bodies, providing evidence and detailed investigations
- Create impact-driven insights through reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and enhancing monitoring processes
- Contribute to a shared, flexible 24/7 monitoring rota
, supporting continuous vigilance over game play and payouts on a rotational basis across the team

What You’ll Bring
- A degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, reports, and quantitative analysis
- Clear and effective communication skills
