Role Requirements
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE:
- 3+ years of experience in a creative or content leadership role, preferably within a performance marketing agency, particularly on meta/social video paid ads.
- Strong understanding of content metrics and how creative impacts performance (hook rates, hold rates, CTR, CPA).
- Proven ability to work with video editing teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable creative output.
- Experience creating or directing short-form performance content for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong communication and management skills — able to manage multiple personalities and foster collaboration.
- Comfortable using creative management tools (e.g., Google Drive, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or similar systems).
- A proactive mindset with a strong balance between creativity, structure, and performance accountability.
Role Description
The paid ads Creative Manager connects creative storytelling with measurable marketing performance. This person will work closely with the founder to oversee the entire creative output of Higheagle — from paid ads content strategy to execution — ensuring every piece of creative aligns with brand goals and performance metrics. They manage the internal creative team of video editors, create and assign ad briefs, and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
This role combines accountability, creative direction, and analytical insight — turning data into creative strategy and guiding the team to produce content that converts.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Agency’s Founder to manage the creative team (video editors) — ensuring output meets ad performance standards.
- Assign, brief, and track creative work across internal and external contributors, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Review and quality-control creative before client delivery — ensuring consistency, storytelling, and performance-driven focus.
- Collaborate with Marketing to understand performance data (hook rates, hold rates, CTR, conversion metrics) and turn insights into actionable creative improvements.
- Own and optimize the creative workflow — refining systems for intake, assignment, and delivery of briefs across the team.
- Manage relationships with external creative partners (UGC agencies, freelancers, and premium designers) to ensure consistent output and alignment.
- Champion creativity and collaboration, fostering a positive, accountable, and growth-minded culture within the creative department.
