Role: Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving in-store sales as well as ensuring our products are strategically displayed to attract customers.
This is a highly sales driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Implement strategies to drive G-Shock watch sales
✔️ Drive in-store customer conversions
✔️ Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage
✔️ Ensure effective product display and stock arrangement
✔️ Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
✔️ Track and report sales performance and stock movement
✔️ Track sales data to identify best-selling items, slow-moving products, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
✔️ Collaborate with store management to optimize store layout and product placement
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or retail
✔️ Strong knowledge of electronics, gadgets, and fashion accessories
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to analyze sales trends and customer behavior
✔️ Creative mindset for eye-catching product displays
✔️ Self-motivated and detail-oriented
