What You’ll Do
- Set up fixtures, displays, and store layouts
- Merchandise products and execute planograms
- Assist with new store openings, remodels, and store conversions
- Use handheld technology for pricing, inventory, and product placement
- Work alongside a team to deliver high-quality projects on schedule
- Travel extensively throughout the year, including overnight stays
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to business travel requirements, including rental vehicles and hotel accommodations
- Ability to travel 3 weeks at a time to include weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail merchandising, hardware, home improvement, or construction-related experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
Physical Requirements
- Lift, move, and stock merchandise up to 100 pounds
- Climb ladders and work on your feet throughout the day
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical retail setup work

Starting pay – Up to $19.00 per hour + $60.00 per diem per day when applicable
Paid travel time.
