Job Summary: Looking for a dedicated Member Support and Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our members, following up on leads, and ensuring that members are fully engaged with the organization's new branding and opportunities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales or customer engagement and will excel in re-engaging legacy members and assisting new members through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to legacy members to ensure dues are paid appropriately and to raise awareness of the new branding and opportunities.

Follow up with "warm" leads provided by the website, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Assist new and existing members through the onboarding process, guiding them on how to use the website and access member benefits.

Stay up-to-date with company events and initiatives, providing suggestions for member engagement opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the Membership Services team to ensure a cohesive approach to member support and engagement.

Develop and execute follow-up strategies to re-engage inactive members or warm leads, utilizing CRM tools as necessary.

Communicate effectively with members, providing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
