Key Duties
- Actively sell memberships and help grow the club’s numbers
- Engage warmly with everyone who walks through the door
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into paying members
- Manage your own leads and stay on top of follow-ups
- Deliver a positive, professional experience at every touchpoint
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 12 months’ sales experience
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated
