Role Overview
Zone Fitness Cape Quarter has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales consultant ready to make an impact. We need someone who brings energy to work every day, builds real connections with potential members, and knows how to turn interest into action.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new membership sales and contribute to club growth targets
- Approach walk-ins and enquiries with enthusiasm and purpose
- Build and maintain a healthy leads pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Convert prospective members by understanding their fitness goals
- Uphold a high standard of member experience from first contact onwards
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 6 months or more of hands-on sales experience
- Computer literate and comfortable with basic admin
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and resilient under pressure
