Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative
Are you passionate about aesthetics, relationship building, and driving sales growth in a highly specialised healthcare environment?
Austell is looking for a Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative to join our growing Aesthetics Division. This role focuses on increasing awareness of our medical aesthetics portfolio, building strong relationships with aesthetic healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Dermatologists, Aesthetic Doctors, Neurologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Promote Austell's medical aesthetics and neuroscience portfolios
- Drive sales growth and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Launch new products within the portfolio
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Provide ongoing product support and education to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Ensure all activities comply with industry and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a medical or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience calling on Dermatologists and Aesthetic Doctors
- Experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetics, or healthcare sales
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and attend conferences/workshops
Advantageous
- Experience within the medical aesthetics injectables market
- Knowledge of neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
- Experience planning and facilitating injectable workshops with healthcare professionals
