The Role We are looking for a highly analytical, ROI-obsessed Media Buyer & Growth Specialist to serve as the engine of our customer acquisition. You will not just be clicking buttons in Ads Manager; you will own our growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) across both B2C (Therapeutic Journeys) and B2B (Corporate Mental Performance). What You Will Do
- Budget & Bid Management: Own and scale campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn (for B2B).
- Rigorously monitor campaign unit economics. Scale channels achieving our ROAS, and ruthlessly pause or pivot those that fall short.
- Funnel & ASO Optimization: Work closely with the tech and UI/UX teams to ensure flawless Deep Linking" (e.g., ensuring a user who clicks a 'Social Anxiety'
- Synergy with the "Content Factory": Collaborate with our Content Creators to A/B test hook variations, "Recovery Avatar" UGCs, and Dr. Khalid Al-Jaber's repurposed materials.
- Attribution Mastery: Ensure clean data tracking using Adjust SDK, validating that Postbacks are firing correctly without leaking sensitive medical data (SPI/PHI).
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of direct experience in Media Buying and Performance Marketing, managing substantial ad budgets (preferably in HealthTech, SaaS, or Mobile Apps).
- Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Snapchat Ads, Google Search Ads (Intent-based), TikTok, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Technical Acumen: You understand mobile app attribution (Adjust, AppsFlyer), Apple Privacy Manifests, and event-based tracking.
- Data Storyteller: You live in Google Sheets/Looker Studio and can translate raw metrics into actionable growth sprints.
