Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for mechanical projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical compliance.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project pricing sheets.
- Support bid clarifications and tender submissions within deadlines.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and planning teams during tender stage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or technical office activities.
- Experience in EPC, oil & gas, industrial, or fire-fighting projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, material take-off, and cost estimation.
- Good understanding of tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and commercial requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
