To succeed in this role, you should have an N4 Mechanical qualification and be a qualified, trade-tested Fitter. You should also have at least 7 years of experience in a similar environment, including 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is essential. Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving abilities are important. You must be able to manage conflict, communicate effectively, think analytically, and work well under pressure.
Electrical insight and some project management experience will be advantageous.
