We are currently seeking a Procurement Mechanical Engineer to support our growing projects and operations team.
About Al-Meshka
Since 2015, Al-Meshka has been delivering integrated engineering solutions across contracting, consultancy, trading, and facility management. We specialize in HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical, Plumbing, and Water Treatment systems, serving commercial, industrial, residential, and oil & gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers for mechanical materials
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations and technical documents
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records
• Review shop drawings
• Collect and evaluate supplier quotations for mechanical materials
• Assist in preparing quotation comparison sheets
• Verify quotation completeness and technical compliance
• Assist in preparing purchase orders based on approved quotations
• Ensure procurement documentation is properly maintained
• Support compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Prepare material submittals and obtain consultant approvals
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules
• Coordinate with warehouse and project teams regarding deliveries
• Track procurement activities and update records
• Maintain procurement filing systems
• Update procurement tracking reports and sheets
• Support the procurement department with administrative activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in Procurement or Mechanical Engineering
• Good understanding of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems (preferred)
