Job description:
* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for a fleet of trucks to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.
* Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and workshop operations to optimize performance and costs.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance requirements.
* Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports to support continuous improvement and fleet efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in truck maintenance, fleet maintenance, or heavy vehicle workshop operations.
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, driveline systems, brakes, and vehicle diagnostics.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
